recent purchases

All of my ASOS items arrived on Monday. Okay, so there was only one more thing that i was after, a headband, but hey ho!

The other day, i won an item on Ebay which i had been after for quite some time, a beautiful Reiss skirt. I wanted it last summer but it was £90 and it's white/cream in colour so thought i wouldn't get much wear out of it for the price-tag!

However, it was beautiful and i have always checked off and on for it on Ebay but it's never been the correct size before, so when i saw it there on a 'BIN' i jumped at it!

I'm now waiting patiently for it to arrive :)

Okay so below are the photos of the recent items, there are only three things actually, but thought i'd share them on here, my faux fur coat again, off Ebay, and my ASOS boots and headband ..

These boots are made for walking

I love boots. Any kind of boots, they are all gorgeous! I became obsessed with boots around 3 years ago now, and i wear them pretty much everyday!

They just go with everything; skirts, jeans, dresses, shorts, you name it-boots work with it.

Obviously i have pairs which i wear more so than others, but that's not because i like them less, it's just what's comfiest or if they look better with what i'm wearing.

So anyway, here are (most of) my boots, and i'm still adding to the collection!

I cannot wait to get my hands on the 'Manic' pair from Office, an amazing replica to the Chloe 'Susan' boot, yummy :)!

I guess if i had to pick, these are my four most favourite pairs ..

The Vivienne Westwood 'Pirate Boots' were purchased last Christmas, 'To me-from me,x'. I had been after them for quite some time, so decided to treat myself to such an iconic pair of boots, they look wicked worn slouchy or done right up.

The black patent booties are again another Westwood creation, part of the Vivienne Westwood for Melissa collaboration. They are so useful with our typical English weather, just like mini wellingtons!

And the bronzed well worn pair were my first pair that got me into this entire craze!

They were from River Island 3 years ago now in the sale, reduced from £55 to just £25! I really do need to get them re-heeled though, as they are on their last legs.

And then there's the tan pair from ZARA, yet another bargain. I'd spotted them last spring but i just couldn't seem to part with £90 at them time, even though i was so close to doing it (however i am glad i restrained myself!) i spotted them in the sale in the summer for just £30, they last pair remaining in my size- it was meant to be.

Anyway, i have rambled enough now, i just wanted to get my love for boots out there aha!

you're a tainted cherry tree

My first Saturday off of work in what seems quite sometime actually, however, i had to go in to do a four hour shift, so i couldn't totally get away from it!

Anyway, before work, i decided to take some photos in the garden because, i decided to enter a competition (yes, another one!) for Company magazine, which requires your everyday style and the prize is amazing!

I never really win anything, i just can't stop entering things aha!

Saying that though, i did win the Company Casting Call for Manchester, well not the actual chance to model in Company magazine, but the £150 River Island vouchers; which of course, was brilliant!

Part one of my Asos order arrived today, however, i am missing the last little piece, so i'm praying for Monday, that will arrive. Until then, i won't bother posting pictures of my new bits and bobs!

Just a random post really, actually rather pointless, but i am sure i will make a topical point with this somewhere; topical, is that even a word?

Anyway, actually i do have a point, which pair of Christian Louboutin shoes should i next purchase? I already have one pair, and my personal opinion is that you should by classic styles when it comes to Louboutins because for the average person, they are expensive therefore, you can't afford to buy styles that will date drastically when spending that much money on a pair of shoes.

In his Mount Street store last year, i remember eyeing up this gorgeous black suede pair, they were around £445 if i remember correctly, pretty similar to the ones i ended up buying (which i had previously purchased once before, but that is another story!) but the heel height was around 4-4.5inches. I like the idea of having either a navy or nude pair .. hmm who knows, i'd be happy with any really, red soles look hot.

Another point, my fur coat arrived off ebay today. I will post pictures of it when my asos order arrives! Oh i'm not weird buying a fur coat in July, it's just come September/October, prices of these babies go ca-razzzzy on ebay!

Okay, now i am rambling .. i should get to bed, but will leave you with some photos of my red soled beauties (before i wore them and the soles took a beating!)

I'm going to start using this more often, my reasons i shall write below:

• i am a girl (woman technically) who loves clothes and all things pretty
• i have no people in my life who i can discuss my fashion fix' with
• i like to write things down if i have nobody i can talk too, therefore this is kinda like talking to someone about all my must haves, simple :)

i love ... 'See by Chloe'

I just can't get enough of 'See by Chloe' at the moment, i'm finding myself looking at the Chloe website everyday!

I have always been a fan of Chloe and it is one of my all time favourite brands.

I'm off to London in around 3 weeks now and, I will be buying my baby, the Chloe Paraty handbag. After lusting over it since it first came out, it will finally be mine.

I've planned to check out the entire Fall 10 'See by Chloe' range too, from the Sloane Street store in London, and there is a gorgeous cardigan, skirt, dress in which i will definatley be buying, (i'd buy the entire collection if i could!) and i am really lusting over the fur trimmed boots. On the topic of boots, i purchased myself a new pair today and i love them, i can not wait for them to arrive!
